2. What data is collected
Only what you enter in the form yourself:
- Online application: name, phone number, district; optionally the requested amount, term and loan product.
- Message to the director: full name, phone number, message text; optionally an email address.
- Careers (job application): full name, phone number, position; optionally a short message about yourself. CV files are not accepted.
- Site assistant (chat): the questions you type. They are not stored or written to the database; the chat does not ask for your name, phone or other personal data. For statistics only the topic of a question (for example “documents” or “rates”) and the day are counted; the text is not stored.
- Automatically: the date and time of sending and the language of the form.
- Site statistics (automatic, without cookies): the page opened, the site language, the device type (phone, computer or tablet), which website you came from and the country worked out from your IP address. The IP address is not stored: it is used only in the server's memory to find the country (from a database on our own server, no request leaves it) and to count each visitor once a day. For that a scrambled marker is made with a random key that changes every day, and it is deleted the next day. Only daily totals remain in the database, and they cannot identify you. If your browser has «Do Not Track» or «Global Privacy Control» turned on, you are not counted.
To protect against spam, your IP address is checked in the server's memory for up to 10 minutes and is never written to the database.
Not requested and not stored: passport details, PINFL, home address, biometric and genetic data, bank card details. No documents are needed at the application stage.
The website uses no advertising, tracking or analytics cookies; site statistics are counted without cookies. Your chosen theme (day/night) is stored only in your browser.
3. Purpose
One purpose only: to review your application or message and contact you. A loan officer will call the number you gave, explain the terms and the next steps.
For job applicants: to review the application and invite you to an interview.
Your data is not used for advertising, sold to other organizations or used for targeted advertising on social networks.
4. Legal basis
Processing is based on your consent, which you give by ticking the box in the form. Consent is voluntary and you can withdraw it at any time (section 7).
An application is not an obligation to grant a loan and creates no financial obligations for you.
5. Who sees the data
The data is viewed in a closed, password-protected admin panel that only responsible staff and the management of the Organization can access.
Staff receive only a notification via Telegram and email that a new application (message) has arrived — without your name, phone number or message. Messages to the director are not announced in the staff Telegram group.
At the application stage the data is not passed to third parties. If you agree to take out a loan, separate consent will be requested for sharing information with the credit bureau and authorized bodies.
Some news items and articles include a YouTube video. When you open such a page, the player is loaded from YouTube's servers (Google LLC, USA); YouTube then receives your IP address and technical details of your browser. Data you enter in the forms is not passed to YouTube. Videos may also appear on project pages; a video in a client story loads only after you press “Watch the video”.
Some news items and articles include a VK (VKontakte) video. When you open such a page, the player is loaded from VK's servers (Russia); VK then receives your IP address and technical details of your browser. Data you enter in the forms is not passed to VK. The site assistant (chat) answers questions using an artificial intelligence service, Anthropic PBC (USA). The text of a question is sent to this service only to prepare the answer. Before sending, phone and card numbers, PINFL, passport details and e-mail addresses are removed from the text automatically; your IP address is not sent. Please do not write your name or other personal data in the chat. Using the chat is optional.
The data you enter in the forms is not transferred outside the Republic of Uzbekistan.
6. Where and how long it is stored
The data is stored on a server in the Republic of Uzbekistan.
If no loan is granted — 12 months from the date of the application. After that, the name, phone number and staff note are erased automatically; only anonymous figures (amount, term, district) remain for statistics.
Messages to the director are deleted completely after 12 months.
Job applications are deleted completely after 12 months.
If a loan is granted — the data is kept for the period required by law for a loan agreement.
7. Your rights
Under the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On Personal Data" you have the right to:
- access the data about you;
- have inaccurate data corrected;
- have your data deleted;
- withdraw your consent;
- complain to the authorized state body.
To do so, contact us by the phone or email in section 1, or visit our office. We reply within 3 working days.
8. Security
Data is sent over the internet encrypted (HTTPS). The admin panel is password-protected, passwords are stored only in hashed form and failed login attempts are limited.
9. Age limit
The forms are intended for persons aged 18 and over. Applications from minors are not considered and their data is deleted.
10. Changes
This policy may change. A new version is published on this page with its date. In case of significant changes, consent will be requested again.
