The Site uses no advertising, tracking or analytics cookies, and no data is passed to third-party services. Only what the Site needs to work is stored, so no separate consent is requested. The one exception is YouTube and VK videos in some news items and articles (see section 2).

If you use the site assistant (chat), the text of your question is sent to an artificial intelligence service to answer it (without personal data or cookies); see section 5 of the privacy policy.

2. What we store

NEXT_LOCALE (cookie) — the language you chose (Uzbek, Russian or English). Deleted when you close the browser.
theme (browser storage, not a cookie) — your day or night theme. Stays on your device and is never sent to the server.
Admin session (cookie) — set only for Organization staff signing in to the admin panel; never for ordinary visitors. While a sign-in waits for the Telegram code, one more short (10-minute) cookie is set.
Review mode (sabr_review, sabr_review_ui cookies) — set for 30 days only when the Organisation's management or staff open a special link to leave comments on the site; never set for ordinary visitors.
YouTube videos (third party, Google LLC) — some news items and articles include a video. When you open such a page and reach the video, the YouTube player loads via youtube-nocookie.com (YouTube's mode without advertising cookies); YouTube then receives your IP address and may store data in your browser under its own rules. Pages without a video do not load YouTube. Videos may also appear on project pages; a video in a client story loads only after you press “Watch the video”.
VK videos (third party, VK company, Russia) — some news items and articles include a VK (VKontakte) video. When you open such a page and reach the video, the VK player loads; VK then receives your IP address and may use cookies and browser storage under its own rules. Pages without a video do not load VK. 3. How to delete them

You can delete cookies and browser storage in your browser settings at any time. The Website will then open in the default language and your device's theme.

4. Changes

If a new kind of cookie appears on the Website, this page will be updated with a new date. Advertising or analytics cookies would only be enabled with your consent.
